Mississippi ranks fourth in Guard casualties (Picayune Item)

JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - The recent deaths of four Mississippi National Guard soldiers bring the number of the state's Guardsmen lost since the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks to 14 - the fourth-highest casualty rate for Guard troops in the nation, according to the National Guard Bureau.
